All rooms contain a single bedwith storage (mattress included), 2 sets of new bed sheets, desk, chair, desklamp, book shelf and built-in robes.

New cookware and dining sets are provided in a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area and internal laundry with washing machine are shared for all tenants.

Unlimited WI-FI plus phone, callingto over 80 countries for free, a multipurpose printer and a fully furnished lounge with TV are also provided for all tenants.

There is a large covered terrace facing landscaped backyard, for outdoor sitting and relaxing, with outdoor furniture and new BBQ.

Utilities (electricity) areshared among all tenants ($5-$10 per week).

Tenancy Agreement: Long term,only single students or professionals, no children will be allowed in thepremises.

Gender: No preference

Smoking is not allowed, under anycircumstances, within the building for the comfort and well being of other tenants. Smokers are welcome to use outdoor facilities.
