小妹初到布里斯班，需要买电话卡（已有电话）
上个月刚来，随便买了个vodafone的卡，充了$10 international 的。然后打回国内，也打租房子的电话，一个月下来也没花完。
我电话很少的，上网也可以不需要，反正到处有wifi，
求推荐一个更便宜的电话公司、套餐
