大A版主你好。我和老公2月9号一起在上海签证，我H1B，他H4，我至今未收到签证，而我老公3月1号已经收到签证。我发邮件到上海领事馆询问，邮件内容如下：
Dear officer in Shanghai Consulate General of the US,
My name is XX and my passport number is XX. The interview for my H1B visa application and my husband XX's H4 visa application was on February 9th. The visa officer told us that our visa applications were approved but additional administrative processing will be taken which will be complete in about 3 weeks (till March 2nd). My husband has received his passport with H4 visa on March 1st. However, as the principle applicant, I still haven’t received my passport with visa yet.
I am just wondering if you could tell me the status of my H1B visa application. The receipt number on my I-797B form is ***. Your kind consideration will be greatly appreciated.

是说邮件的标题行要写自己姓名的拼音，护照号和签证日期么？我后来回复了领馆发给我的以上邮件，按照要求写了标题行，邮件内容没有变。难道邮件内容还有template的么？第二封邮件发给领事馆以后，至今未有回复。我美国的亲戚帮我打电话到DOS，说明我的情况后被告知只能联系上海领事馆。打电话到自取签证的巨鹿路邮局，也被告知只能联系领事馆。。。
