之前在这里问过大A版主，关于这个subject 2 years home residence的问题，

心里一直一位这样操作也是可以的。
晚上已经开始着手准备以后转F-1签证的情况，看见学校internation office的这段话：
For this reason, most students find it expedient to become an F-1 student through travel. ISSP recommends this option whenever possible. Please note that if you are a J-1 Exchange visitor currently subject to the Two-Year Home Country Physical Presence Requirement, you may not change your status to F-1 from within the United States and may do so only at the discretion of a U.S. consular official by applying for an entry visa outside of the United States.
之前被帮我办理签证的HR误导，我以为自己一直是no subject的，晚上去查阅相关信息的时候，发现其实自己属于第2类，说技能国家需要（这个技能列表也宽泛了，简直是个专业就列进去了）。
回过头来仔细看 http://www.google.cn/bbs/thread-556739-1-1.html 这个帖子和斟酌internation office的那段话，是不是意思说，如果有subject在，J-1转F-1还是可以转的，只是必须要回国转才行？
另外以后如果毕业以后找工作，是不是就可以申请Waive了？（waive 要求必须满1年而且还有至少半年有效期才能办豁免，如果算上F-1的时间，是否就有条件去申请Waive了？）
也有人说如果F-1以后，就不需要waive了，不知道究竟是按哪个情况来呢？
求版主指点，
