2) 如果遇到的还是一签时的签证官, 可以要求更换签证官吗? (我在上海)
3) 应当什么时候把申述信递进去? 我可以先不提交申述信, 但等到签证官提及上次被距的原因时再把申述信递给他吗? 或者是在签证官的窗口马上就把申述信给他?出(给他信太早了是否会让签证官有充足的时间来对付我?)
4) 申述信多长比较合适? 我写了整整3页纸.
