小米下午刚发的email，请问这个是不是offer呢？为什么只有10个月的studentship？
1.I am pleased to inform you that you are offered admission as a full-time
PhD student in our Department in Fall Semester of academic year
2003/2004.
An official letter of admission offer will be sent by mail to your
corresponding address very soon.
Upon receipt, please complete and return the "Notice of Intention to
Register", which will be attached to the letter of admission offer, to our
Admission Office on or before 2 May 2003, to reserve your place in our
program.
