我公司属于美商会的，我现在打算预约3月16号之后的B-1面签，公司让个人先交签证费。
16号以后的面签应该是使用新的缴费方式了。新的缴费方式我看到有两种，一种是在线缴费，还有是银联ATM机缴费；
请问现在可以开始用新的缴费方式交费了吗？还是只能到16号以后才行？ |
