Thus, your I-129F visa petition will be administratively closed. The National Visa Center will send the I-130 petition to post for processing as soon as it is documentarily complete and scheduled for an immigrant visa interview.
A packet containing the Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill Invoice was sent to the designated agent for this case. The fee(s) must be received before the petition can be processed further.
