请教版主H1B面签时间的问题

麻烦问一下版主和各位了，我H1B的I797已经到手，生效日期是2013年10月1日。。。我回国面签，律师告诉我说 “With regard to the actual visa application, first note that you cannot apply for the H-1B visa any earlier than three months prior to October 1, 2013.  Please keep this in mind when booking your visa appointment.”  所以是说我必须约今年7月1日以后的面签吗？？？。。。。谢谢大A和各位了！！
