我在美国读书，在国内办理了移民，去年年底去多伦多登陆过，只呆了一个星期。
直到现在，才有精力办返加证。
以前得到过Buffalo大使馆寄来的表格，附带说明，要提供：(我把它们全列上了，供他人参考）
1>Proof that you have established residence in Canada.
2>Proof of status in US.copy of most recent US Non-immigrant visa for each family member. Copy of appropriate supporting documentation-certificate of Eligibility(I-20AB) both sides,Foreign Exchange Visitor Control Record(IAP-66),I-797 Notice of Approval of Petition, or Letter of reference/current contract for H-1B
3>Four Recent passport size photographs
4>Clear and legible photocopy of your immigrant visa
5>A photocopy of the pages of your passort which shows your name,the names of any additional persons included in your passport and the validity of your passport.
6>A letter elaborating on your reasons for being outside of Canada.
7>Proof that you have ties to Canada,ie,bank accounts,taxes paid,household items.
8>A non-refundable processing fee.
我只是关于第一点和第七点心里没底。
第一点：
我不知道SIN卡能否证明“established residence in Canada"?
第七点：
另外，我呆了短短几天，根本没有银行账户。好像不可能让朋友以我的名义开账户吧。（是不是如此？）
我问过一个同学，她说她只办理了学籍证明，而在表格中只填写了“丈夫是公民，自己并申请了加拿大贷款”等，而且并没有出具证明。
她建议我填“我的女朋友在加拿大”，并说不必要给证明。关于这一点，我有些困惑，恳请您的建议。
