I landed in Canada end of last year and stayed there for a month, then back to China. Currently I am working in China. According to the old law, if I stay longer than 183days outside of Canada, I need to apply for the return permission. Since the new law will be released in end of June, my lawyer suggests me don't need to apply it. But the question is do I need to go back canada before the new law release, and what should I do to keep my PR. Anyone can help? |
