Hi, I am an international student ( not immigrant) here in Vancouver. I just came in August and plan to come back to China on Christmas vacation, I've heard that I can have my GST returned since I have not stayed in Canada for six month. Is that true? Because I bought many things like laptop, digital camera here, It would be great if I could have my money returned.
