她于1年前投材料到HK,去年7月拿到file#,file# 显示整个过程需要41个月，明年3月新法实施，由於她是大专学历，请问有没有可能在3月前得到面试机会(她没有雅思成绩)。或者有没有其它办法加速case的处理速度?
另外，这里有没有也是通过cipu办理移民，或者有类似经历的朋友，大家可以互相交流。
