I’m looking for share mates for single or couple room @ Sunnybank.

It’s located around Market Square and also closed to the shopping centre. (Coles, Woolworth and Asian Grocery)

It’s convenience to go to the city and Griffith University.

There are also many buses and trains going to the city (129,130,133,137,140 and ETC), It takes about 20 min to the city.(Taking 10"15 min from home to the bus or to the Altandy train station)
The bus stop that is heading to Garden city and Griffith University takes only within 2minutes from our place.

If anyone interested in our house, $125 (Single), $200 (Couple), and the Bond Fee 2 Weeks rent fee.

Couple room: Two Single Beds, Built-in wardrobe, two desks, two chairs, two stand lights.

Single room: King Single bed, Built-in wardrobe, huge desk, chair, stand light

This is included the internet (ADSL 2 ),all other expenses, and Dish washing liquid as well.

It’s available from the 31st of MAY. (the moving date is flexible)

We have been in the house around 2 months now, the blanket, sheet cover, dishes as All Brand New….!!

We will enjoy sharing the house each other.

Our house located near the park, so you will also enjoy taking a walk sometime.
