全球最大汽车制造商通用汽车今日8点根据美国破产法第11章正式向纽约破产法院递交破产申请。同时，这也是美国汽车业继克莱斯勒申请破产保护后，又一宗全球汽车业巨头破产，现在只剩下福特了，同时通用将关闭11家工厂，重组后新公司的60%股份将由美国联邦政府持有，12.5%由加拿大政府持有，全美汽车工人联合会(以下简称"UAW")持有17.5%，无担保债权人持有10%。预计通用汽车的现有股东将被扫地出局。目前，在通用汽车产品序列中，在华销售的为雪佛兰、别克、凯迪拉克、萨博、欧宝和五菱。其中，雪佛兰、别克、凯迪拉克是通用汽车在历次重组计划中强调将要保留的品牌，在国内都通过上海通用来进行生产和销售。from autobolg
