A law PhD couple (Chinese) is looking for one or two people to share/rent a two/one bedroom flat.
We are currently living in a very modern and new flat. TWO big rooms will be available from early June or late May. We are happy to invite two well-educated people to move in. Female students preferred. The flat is located on St. Paul’s Way, E3 4AD. It is in a CCTV operated modern community with full modern decoration. Rent will be equally shared by all the occupiers, that is, £75/£80/£85 per week (totally £240/w). We will take NO advantage of any new sharer. In addition, we need one of you to simply sign the contract, as required by the agency.
