According to our country's foreign currency supervision system,it is unlawful and impossible to telegraph foreign currency abroad directly.Is that true?For example,I have Aus32000 in cash or in my bank account.Can I telegraph abroad directly?This is one point.
Other point is that if I passed the PVA how can I exchange Aussie Dollars from the bank of China?And How can I take money abroad,in bank order or something else?
