Given the deadline for the 2005 IPRS applications is 31 August 2004, I have to
take this unusual step to advertise in BBS. I am looking for prospective PhD
students with an interest in image/video processing, retrieval, data mining or
compression. I can help the students for the application.
You need to meet the following conditions:
* EE or CS background
* have a Master or Honours degree from a good university
* GPA>80%
* plan to enrol in Mar 2005
