请教大家有什么可以有效对付蟑螂的方法?

本人今天在家发现两只蟑螂,十分恐怖.本人比较害怕这样的东西.
平时家里很注意卫生清洁,可以说是非常干净.但难免有些死角清理不到,可能生出这东西.
防蟑螂的药也用了不少,在家中的各个角落都有房,且杀虫剂备了好几瓶,但感觉效果不佳.

想请教大家,遇到蟑螂怎么办?有什么比较好的防蟑螂,或者杀死蟑螂的办法?
这边的蟑螂已经不算是小强了,可以说是超强巨强暴强,杀虫剂对它根本不起效果,跑的倍快.
