之前自己租单人间住的时候，都是直接把押金给房东，退房时拿回来。

现在住的地方，却是要签什么RTA，退房时去AUSTRALIA POST拿钱。

所以请问大家，RTA是个什么东西？ 到时候凭ID就能拿到钱吗？ 如果签了3个月合同，是合同期满才能拿钱还是退房时才能拿？
