189 上传文件问题

上传文件过程中断, 出现 Your session has been idle for 30 minutes and has been closed.  To start the application again, please click on the 'Close' button之后该去哪里接着继续？？（https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login 此链接也不可用）
