我和父亲想尽快帮他们办理143,因为我弟弟现在14岁,如果在18岁之前可以帮他以dependent child一起移民那他就能省不少学费.我有如下几个问题

我在阿德莱德住了7年,但是我去年5月才拿的pr,不知道我满足不满足"This means your child must have been lawfully resident in Australia for a reasonable period, normally two years, although a shorter period can be considered for Australian citizen children if there are compelling and compassionate circumstances."

我在读PhD,无法AOS我父母,不知道中介AOS一下要多少钱?

如果我父母移民了,他们是不是每5年要注满2年呢?
另外请告知中介费用是多少.
