問 ACS 489 visa 非上司的 Statutory Declarations 的同事及見證人
某些原因, 現在的工作不方便找上司寫 Reference letter, 如果我找一個跟我同級別的人簽 Statutory Declarations, 再找一個並非我工作單位的見證人, 行不行? 因為簽名的人, 又不是比我高級, 見證人不是我單位的人, 謝謝回答!
另外, 萬一我這個同事離開我的工作單位, 那他還可不可以簽 Statutory Declarations? 如果可以, 是不是只能簽到他離職那天? 謝謝!
