关于NAATI退款

按照NAATI官方的policy条款中的说法只能退50%  也就是670刀才退335刀...

但据它报名表里有这么一段话: NAATI will consider each case for withdrawal on its merits. There are some circumstances, verifiable medical reasons for example, where NAATI will consider a full refund of a test fee.
所以我今天就去sunnybank clinic开病假条...但是被告知只能开近几天的假条,根本管不到一个月之后的事

所以想请问下各位童鞋...还有没有什么理由是足够充分的...能让naati官方考虑全额退款的....都怪当时自己一时冲动报了名
