我原来的课程是MBA，现在换成Master of IT, 七月份开学。今天拿着新的COE去immigration office, 那个女officer跟我说要重新添157A表申请新的签证（包括各种材料）！可我从各方面听说的都是不用重新申请，因为我并没有换education provider. 哪位能帮我解答这个问题呢？我是否真的需要再次申请新visa？
