I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom townhouse in Morningside. I am 28 year old professional male, neat & tidy, easy going & enjoy socialising.
Preference is for 20-30yr old, neat & tidy professional or student. male is preferred to share the house for just two of us, but not essential. The room is available as soon as you want to move in.
The room is tiled, with a wardrobe,a desk, a book shelve and a high bed. You will be sharing a bathroom with me.
The place is quite new and in good condition. Lounge, kitchen, dining room and laundry downstairs; your bedroom downstairs, mine is upstairs. The bathroom has shower & bath and quite spacious. There is a paved courtyard, including a clothes hanger. Car parking is on the street.
The kitchen, lounge, dining room and laundry are fully fitted out, but there is a bit of room if you have furniture. Some storage space is available in the garage/laundry.
Location is ideal - 5 mins walk to the Morningside train station, 10 sec walk to a bus stop goin to city, 5 min walk to Wynnum Road. Strip shops are an easy walk, with heaps of takeaway and a convenience store. Coles & Woolworths are about 1km away.(if u don't have ur own vehicle I can help u for shopping) Only 5km to the city.
Rent is $165/week plus 2 weeks bond, everything is included such as rice, laundry powder, electricity, and toilet paper.
