免费PC到固话、手机、小灵通的电话软件(用户名单持续更新中)
续voipdiscount之后又发现一个极其相似的软件voipcheap
名称：voipcheap (请注意和voipdiscount不同但是界面和使用几乎是一样的）

下面的几乎和voipdiscount一模一样
打国外的只能是打固定电话，但是打国内的可以打固话、手机、小灵通，都行这个软件非常好用，100%连通，刚开始每次打只能维持一分钟，想去掉限制只有互相多加好友(当一个用户注册完之后加了你，那么你就会得到1元的奖励，时间就会相应延长，见附图)。我的帐户是lyouwei ，大家申请之后公布一下各自的账户，然后大家互相加吧
说明：可以pc 到手机，小灵通，固定电话，全球通打（部分地区免费包括中国）。
方法：拨电话时候注意，dial－前面加86，固定电话去掉前面的0，比如区号是021，电话是
3456789，就输入86213456789，注意区号的0不要,比如0771/0739等,只要771/739.手机就86＋手机号码，爽！
注： 至于信用额度规则是否合voipdiscount一样不得而知，目前正在测试阶段，有了结果我会告诉大家的。

值得一提的是对中国和中国香港用户座机和手机均免，每次通话时间为一个小时，很准，多方测试。
对给日本打得可能比较多，有些人说收费，那是因为你打得是日本手机，建议打座机，绝对免费。
