公交车查票被发红条,有何影响,怎么申诉？

刚刚从city坐200，在carindale前一站上来两个查票的。每个人这样的查过来。
后来到我了，然后我就在他查票机上刷了go card，然后由于是concession card，所以让我出示学生卡，可惜从没遇到查票啊，go card上也没说要随时准备出示id啊。出门的时候正好除了go card手机什么都没带。然后就要了我的姓名生日地址给我开了张红条，warning notice。还告诉这record要有三年，我勒个槽的- -


回家后看看这warning notice是对于以下几种情况:
hold valid tickets for travel
do not create a disturbance or nuisance or cause danger to anyone
do not damage,deface or otherwise improperly interfere with the vehicles or infrastructure; and
comply with the above legislation(for example, by not smoking or consuming food or beverages(unless permitted))

这么说我岂不是和逃票一个性质，还要被记录- -，我可明明刷了卡了，就是没带学生id啊
这何解？罚钱什么的都不说，就是不爽这一份记录，这记录上又没注明是具体怎样，以后一查记录岂不是认为我逃票- -
