水、电、网全包 （ADSL2+ 无限下载, modem是最好的，速度快，网游不掉线）
平时清洁卫生希望一起分担。保持环境干净。

我们是二房东，也是学生所以以后生活大家互相体谅就可以了。（我怕蟑螂所以，不要很脏就可以了）
整套房子里会有一男一女（couple）、一只猫和一个男同学一起share 这栋house。我们都非常友善，不抽烟喝酒，也不爱斤斤计较。如果你有宠物的话，我可以和房东申请，应该是没问题。
猫猫很可爱，爱小动物的同学非常欢迎。（担心猫猫会爪或是有味道的同学可以放心，我们经常帮猫猫洗澡，平时一般也把它留在自己房间的，因为我太爱它了！）

所以希望可以和友善开朗、生活整洁，不爱计较好说话的的同学一起住，最好也不抽烟（喝酒就管不了了，只要不是酗酒拆房子就可以了，哈哈）
