岗位职责：
1、负责公司葡萄加工发酵工作
2、负责生产过程的工艺管理


任职要求：
1.葡萄酒酿及相关专业在读或毕业

2.具备扎实的酒品研发理论知识，熟悉质量管理系统，熟练掌握酒品酿造工艺流程，掌握最新的酿酒技术，熟悉葡萄栽培及葡萄酒品鉴知识，具备良好的创新能力
3.了解葡萄酒生产的关键设备的相关知识
4.计算机操作水平：熟练运用OFFICE办公软件
5.较强的跟踪、反馈和执行能力以及较好的计划、指导 、协调能力
