Currently we are looking for desktop engineers for our onsite support requirements in Suttontown to assist our clients.
Dispatch : primary and secondary resource details to have ID's created. Service Window: Dispatch Services for Software and Hardware Break Fix Scope of Work: Level 1 Engineer for Desktop support & Networking knowledge Service requirement: Standard Level 1 or 2 duties Special Requirements: Background Check subject to local law Language(s): Good English language skills in reading, writing and speech as well as the local language. Project Overview : This is a dispatch project, onsite visit will be required on call basis. Staff Criteria: Experience with desktop support activities and hands on experience working with routers and switches Windows 10 deployment and troubleshooting experience Ability to work autonomously and to the provided schedule Added advantage of Networking Skills & IPT environment experience Please let us know if you are interested to work with us and what's the hourly and daily rate.
