提前和中介结束租房合约会有问题吗？？比如说影响当pr?

合约书上说是可以提前终止，不过要付相对的毁约金，不过算起来也比那三个月白交房租划算阿～
不过想知道会不会有什么不良影响阿？会不会有什么不良纪录呢？合租的朋友担心说会留下纪录，以后再签别的有影响。
有没有有过类似经验的孩子阿？

    那如果这样说，我违约了～～～然后他到我从国内回来后还没有找到人租房子，我可不可以取消违约，然后自己搬回来住算了？不然到时候两面给钱更亏

就是你的押金沒有而已拉 沒有賠不完的問題 押金賠完是不能再跟你要錢的 你要是不知道該怎麼做 可以去問RTA
