我想咨询一下有关文件的认证公证问题，我弟弟家的孩子报考飞行员需要政审，要求我在澳洲的无犯罪记录证明和不参加任何违法组织的证明，无犯罪记录证明我可以在网上做很容易拿到，可是不参加任何违法组织的证明应该怎么开？如果我得到这两个证明信，是不是需要认证或公证后在国内才有效？认证一份文件大概需要多长时间？费用是多少？谢谢！

中国的官方语言是中文。因此，你向警局申请无犯罪记录证明后，必须将该文件翻译为中文。你必须找一位国际认可三级翻译员（NAATI）将文件翻译为中文，然后再找一位国际公证律师认证，再拿到澳大利亚外交部认证，最后拿到中国大使馆认证。
至于你所说的《不参加任何违法组织的证明》，澳大利亚并没有相关机构或部门可以出示该文件。你可以找一位国际公证律师帮你出示一份内容相似的文件，然后再经由上述所有的认证程序认证，便可拿到中国使用。
