交通购物都很便利，开车5分钟到海边， 17分钟到city，步行三分钟到旁边的street也有公交站，直达车190到city。或者您可以步行12分钟做glenelg 到entertainment centre的tram到city, 如果您想运动健身。附近有Woolworth, Coles, IGA，Chemist，也有几家华人餐馆，邮局也在附近。也可以开车去大型的Marion shopping centre或者glenelg jetty road购物。

双砖房，有停车位，双人床，衣柜，大书桌，床头柜，所有厨房家电家具一应齐全（备注：厨房图片是以前装修后拍的。现在厨房有微波炉，toaster,  kettle, 各式炒锅）。

目前居住的是很安静整洁的朝九晚五的上班族，希望出租其中一个单间给一个同样安静爱干净的单身人士。
