阿德莱德有一个LI'S MASSAGE的按摩店。店主在他的广告页上印上我的网站，LISMASSAGE.NET.AU。

当我发现不断有人发电子邮件和打电话询问按摩服务，我才意识，我的网站一直在被盗用。

我有朋友在这家店里上班。我发信息给他们，要求他们转达店主，把我的网站从他们的广告上去掉。对方一直没有回应，还继续使用的网站。

请问律师或者懂法律的专家，这种情况算不算侵权。我应该怎么样寻求法律渠道解决这种侵权行为？

未经允许使用别人的域名也太不像话了。我发信息问他们不要再用我的域名，他们也不回应，还继续用着。这种态度十分恶劣。这件事已经拖了一年了。我也是不得已才寻找法律途经解决问题。求教各位律师和专家，这事儿咋整啊。
