如果将我加入他的签证流程是什么，签证费用是还要在加一个申请人的费用上加700么？递签可以电签还是必须寄到相应的移民局呢？是在悉尼还是阿德莱德的？求高人大神解答

只要课程的总长度长于1年就可以担保partner加入陪读。

签证费用取决于你之前在境内递交过573签证没，如果没有，就是一般学生签证的费用$540左右。

比较困难的是证明你们的defacto关系，需要准备比较多的材料。
