1，房子2004 年房子，房间条件很好，住起来很舒服。
2.所在的区，距离城中心和海边都很近，学习或工作之余可以去海边放松
3.所在的区在西面，很安全的郊区。
4.房子里的所有设施都是新的，房间有家具。
