为了大家方便，整理房子信息简介如下：1、全新的house，保证你是第一个入住房间的；
2、House位于东北区，如果自己开车到city的话，高峰期大概廿分钟左右，非高峰期大概十五分钟左右，如果坐Oban公交车的话就基本上都在20分钟内了；

3、House里有全套家私家电，房间里会配好单人床、书桌、带镜入墙衣柜或带镜落地衣柜（依据房间的不同），可自带台灯或配台灯；
4、整个House里共有4间卧室和两套卫浴，有洗衣间，gas cooking，Telstra网络，门口可停车（至少2辆），nice local邻居；
5、House里现住两女生（一工作、一学习），都非常安静、尊重他人，希望找安静、懂事的单身女生入住，谢绝couple。

房子太新了，没来得及上图，会尽快上传图片，来看过房的估计就会直接订了，呵呵。

温馨提示：房租不是最便宜的，但是性价比最高的。适合爱干净、整洁、阳光的女孩子，因为是全新的House，不用担心房间阴暗、潮湿、或者厨房、卫生间不干净等问题。如果追求低价的，这不是最低的；如果是希望生活舒适的，这也许就是你想要的房子了，正向我之前提到的，这是性价比和舒适度最好的了：）  独自在外生活，无论工作还是学习，压力都够大了，都希望回到一个舒适温馨、安全干净的环境。如果入住了，你就能感受到了 :)

歧视couple

这位兄弟你误会了，这可没有歧视couple啊，假如真住couple的话，难道住单人房么（招租的是两间单人房啊）？就算真的两人挤一间单人房的话，另一间房再出租，可就太多人了，客观上必然会降低大家的生活质量啊。这房子招租的前提就是希望能提供一个相对较高的生活环境啊。兄弟你想想是不是这个道理。
