近ANZAC HIGHWAY, 交通便利，1分钟走到 汽车站 bus stop， 5分钟走到 电车站 tram stop。
网络： 可以用TPG， ADAM , telstra 的网络，以上三种房主都用过，现在用的是telstra cable+ speed boost 500G，下载速度80-100mb 左右，上传速度2-3mb 左右，非常给力。（稍微会上传正规网络speedtest与ping test 的report）。


shopping centre： 附近有coles ， woolworths ， Jetty road 购物街。
附近有中餐馆，thai 餐馆，KFC, 麦当劳24小时营业。

没有草地，不用费力花钱割草。 水费全免。


全家具： 不用费力耗时选买家具，不用耗费人力物力财力的分多次购买家具。搬行李立即入住。
