Embedded ElectronicsEngineer KeyResponsibilities include: - Designing and testing of sophisticated electronics products.
- Working within a diverse, globally distributed team environment which includes electronics, mechanical, systems, software and test engineers.
- Applying creativity to find novel solutions to complex problems.
- Transition of new products from the design team to manufacturing.
- Participating in peer design review activities.
- Being able to interact effectively with team members, management, suppliers and customers.
Thesuccessful candidate will have the following attributes: - A Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in Electronic Engineering.
- Testing of electronic designs at all stages of the development process using in-house equipment and at external test facilities.
- Embedded software development (preferably ARM)
- Electronic design software (preferably Altium)
- Embedded Linux and CAN bus experience would be an advantage
- Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare and review test reports.
- Preparedness to perform soldering and mechanical assembly as required.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to deliver results working autonomously or as part of a team.
