Due to staff changes, now we are seeking an experienced bookkeeper who can start immediately to join our friendly team. Casual position to start, if good performance, will become part time-full time. We are located on Greenhill Rd, Eastwood. To be eligible candidates will be required to :
-have at least 2 years experience, efficient and accurate, have eye for detail. Have ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
-be an expert on MYOB, Xero. Know how to use Quickbooks and Cashflow manager is a bonus.
-communicate with client and solve client's queries independently.
-process payroll including super, entitlements, etc
-reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, bank loans, PAYG, super, GST, etc
-prepare draft BAS Statements
-have your own motor vehicle (lots of work needed to be done onsite with clients).
