现在一男一女俩人7月15日到阿大读研，求东北区的房子，房价120以内，一定注意，我们俩租两个单人间（在同一个房子里的两间房）上学交通要方便，不堵车，因为我们早上都有课。现在我有个同学就在阿大读书，因此可以委托他来看房或是交定金什么的。
