位置： 绝对的东南富人区Burnside, Tusmore，公车第10站。周边环境好，空气清新，居住指数为10，住阿德的都知道这是个好区，我就不多说啦~~

房屋情况：双层砖结构五房超大HOUSE，南北朝向，绝对的冬暖夏凉，冬天用不着heater,夏天用不着cooler,而且隔音好。内有一厨一厅两卫，我们是分男女卫浴的，所以使用起来很方便不冲突。餐厅和厨房都很大，而且是分开的，所以吃饭和做饭的不会冲突，还有一个专门的洗衣间，洗衣晾衣服很方便。房子前院很大，可以停3-4辆车不拥挤。后院草坪旁边有一小块地是自由耕种区，大家要是想种个菜什么的很方便。家中家电齐全，冰箱，微波炉，热水壶，烤面包机，电饭煲，吸尘器，洗衣机，直饮水, 24小时热水，锅碗瓢盆等一应俱全，拎包即可入住。网络是ADAM ADSL2+ 250G。室友都是阿大和南澳的学生，大家都非常整洁和安静，特别容易相处。

交通：门口820公车10-15分钟直达city

           580公车10-15分钟到showground考场，考试时对于阿大和南澳学生很方便。

           走大概3-5分钟，公车140,144,147到CITY10-15分钟，经过阿大和UNISA正门，非常方便学生上课。

          100/300 circleline，方便到各个shoppingcenter而免去到CITY转车的麻烦。

周边设施：

走路3分钟可以到BURNSIDE图书馆，不喜欢去学校的可以在那边自习，环境很好，办个会员卡（免费的呦）就可以借书和上网，这个图书馆对于学生来说真的是超级有帮助，最近考试复习很多时候都待在这个图书馆（去学校图书馆浪费时间和车票，而且去晚了老是找不到位置）。

走路5分钟可以到TUSMOREPARK或Hazelwoodpark，平时去锻炼一下身体，周末去吃个BBQ，都很好。

走路5分钟到ZARA大型购物广场（一年前刚建成），买东西超方便，coles超市和RUNDLE MALL的牌子店基本都能在这里找到。路口各大银行分店，存取款方便。还有一个很大的邮局，方便寄信和邮寄包裹。附近有两个中餐馆（帝苑酒家，EASTEN）和好多西餐馆，PIZZA店，咖啡店。

房间出租：

舒适单人间（可提供空调），坐南朝北，绝对的冬暖夏凉，干净整洁。屋内有单人床，席梦思床垫，两个床头柜，大衣柜，书桌，椅子，外加一个舒适摇椅，家具齐全，拎包即可入住。

12月3日空出，租金$140全包（包基本的水电煤网，其实只要是合理使用，就都能包括在房费内。但是不包空调等大功率电器的用电费）

长短租均可，长租优先。因为家里是男女分用卫生间，为了使用不冲突，所以男生优先考虑哦~

一点点要求：

我们欢迎整洁，安静，易相处的朋友入住。一定要整洁好相处，不吵闹，因为室友都非常非常安静，生活规律整洁，而且人都很NICE~

希望你能合理使用房屋资源，不要过分浪费，例如水龙头不用还一直开着，用洗衣机只洗几双袜子什么的。

为了营造舒适的生活环境，呵呵~~，公共卫生一直是我包办的，从来不要求房客做值日，大扫除什么的，大家只需要自觉维持就好。

我们像朋友一样，互不打扰但又其乐融融，从未出现过因为相处不合而搬家的情况。真心希望你找对了房子，而我们找对了你~~
