因为学校的工作人员出差了 所以没有空approve我的COE
30th visa就到期
可否在那之前先申请
然后再准备齐全所有资料呢？

补充！ 一年半之前做过体检 是否还需要做一次呢？ 因为之后要去perth，所以想知道是否可以在perth体检？

Sorry uni comps cannot type chinese. They have approved my COE, but it is going to take 1-2 weeks which will probably be later than 30 of september. Is that ok?

in this way, I suggest you to apply this student visa by sending paper sheets and certified docs to immigration office via mail.

体检是1年有效的，你需要重新预约体检的。可以在perth当地的medibank体检的。 如果你未来1年内递交PR申请，建议你直接做移民的完整的体检就好了。

体检只要在移民局指定的地点完成，无所谓在哪个城市的。
