如果二房东真是将你的押金转交给中介，而中介转交到政府的相关部门的话，那么便需要租约期满之后才能拿回这些押金。为了证明这个事实，你可以向二房东拿取押金的收据。如果收据上是很清楚写了收取你的钱，及政府有收据的话，那么这个是要等到租约期满才可以退出来的。
但是没有这些文件证明的话，那么二房东没有忠实向你交代这个押金的事宜。
