两个人 一个从10月初开始入住，一个10月中旬入住，都是很爱干净的男生（绝对的）有轻微洁癖

希望离学校不远，只求东区或者南区近郊的房子，走路半个小时之内是可以接受的，附近有coles或者大型商超，交通要方便（不一定要临街，走几分钟到车站也行）
家具齐全，有中央空调，有独立卫生间更好，至少要有两个toliet

价格呢（水电网全包）可以我们慢慢协商，因为我们两个是长租，如果认为房子很好会租一年以上，请有房源者请给我联系
