周围环境好，家对面就是foodland，购物十分方便。临近的Southroad、Henley Beach Road上多亚洲超市，各种atm机，pharmacy和各种餐馆。

房租130+share bill. bill只包括电费和网费，水免费。 UNLIMITED的网络，很便宜。total bill每周差不多10元，所以总价是每周140元，比city便宜多了。

直接和local房东签合同，没有二房东。半年起租，男生优先
