房间10平左右, 一直是女生住的。
配有宜家双人床+床头柜， 大书桌，大衣柜。
house 共4个房间，公共区域包括1厨房1卫生间1浴室1洗衣房1储物间，还有带棚车位一个。
厨房有三个冰箱，厨具齐全，做饭用电
另外3个房间2个男生一个女生。住满4人，室友友善且作息规律，很讲卫生。希望能找到合得来的新tx 入住。

房子不位于主路，周边很安静，3分钟到H30 ,H31, H32 stop10，10分钟进城。
附近还有 100环路和J7车站，有直达车可到regency tafe，glenelg , flinders uni
步行10分钟到超市IGA(营业7天6am-12pm),KFC，red rooster, Domino;
Henley beach 第六站有foodland，亚洲超市金塔，邮局，中餐馆等;

房间的租金105+share bill
bill包括
网络 Unlimited 一个月63刀。
电，煤气，3个月一次账单,无水费，无剪草的费用和其他任何杂费 。
以上都是4人share 算下来差不多15刀左右一个人的账单费用
需要全包可商议 。

房东人非常好，住在隔壁，家里有东西坏了一般第2天就修好了,前院的草坪也都是他打理，不用我们费心的。除了叫房东修东西，房东不会主动来家里的。
