但如果要是自己take的房子，水费也需要由租客承担。但应该只交水的部分，其他的levy等是肯定有房主提供的。

我们的take的房子，总共是788，房东说我们要付350，其他的是他付，可是12月到3月其中有三个月我们都在国内，只有一个同学住，应该花不了这么多吧？
