你好，欢迎感兴趣的人来参加。不是volunteer，你可以只来学习做一些练习，认识些同行，获得经验。当然你想做volunteer也可以，有些项目给你做。如果项目都到卖钱的地步，那找几个full time也未尝不可

你要是想做可以有工作做，不过木有薪水。要看以后发展。你可以当作学习机会来看吧
